We harvest our 100% grass-fed and 100% grass-finished Katahdin and Dorset lambs all year around. It usually takes 3 weeks from the time of placing your order to picking up everything at the butcher shop. The price for a whole lamb is $8 per pound on the hanging weight. Hanging weights typically range from 50-60 pounds, resulting in a price range of $580- $600 including all other fees. To purchase a whole lamb, you'll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $350. Once the weight of the lamb is determined, you'll receive an invoice for the remainder due. Customers are contacted for a scheduled pick-up day and time.
