From Our Farm to Your Table — In 5 Easy Steps

Thank you for taking the time to explore Russell Brothers Farms! We believe buying local meat should be simple and transparent. Here’s what you can expect from the moment you place your order until your farm-fresh products make it to your table.

1. Place Your Order

Place your order directly through our website to reserve your beef share or individual cuts.

We offer:

• Individual Beef Cuts
• 1/16 Beef Share — approximately 25 lbs.
• 1/8 Beef Share — approximately 50 lbs.
• 1/4 Beef Share — approximately 100 lbs.
• 1/2 Beef Share — approximately 200 lbs.
• Whole Beef Share — approximately 400 lbs.

The prices listed on our website include standard processing fees, including harvesting, USDA inspection, vacuum-sealed packaging, and labeling with the cut and weight information.

 

2. Choose Your Meat & Share Size

In addition to beef, we also offer bulk pork, lamb, and goat.

Pork is available in whole or half shares, while lamb and goat are available as whole shares.

3. We Confirm Your Order

Within 24–48 hours of placing your order, a member of our team will contact you by email, phone, or text to confirm your order and discuss any special cut requests or preferences.

Availability of individual cuts may vary. If a specific cut is unavailable, we may substitute it with a comparable cut of similar value.

 

4. From the Farm to the Butcher

Our livestock are raised on our farms and transported to a professional butcher for harvesting and processing. We do not process animals on-site at our farm store.

If you're purchasing a bulk share and have questions about available cuts or other parts of the animal, give us a call. We're happy to discuss your options before processing.

Organs and other specialty items may also be available as add-ons with special bulk beef pricing, subject to availability.

 

5. Pickup & Enjoy!

Bulk orders typically take approximately 3–5 weeks from the time your order is placed until it is ready for pickup, depending on the size of your order, processing schedule, and availability.

Approximately one week before your order is ready, we will contact you to coordinate your farm pickup date and time.

Then comes the best part—take your order home, stock your freezer, and enjoy quality, locally raised meat from Russell Brothers Farms with your family.
