Placing Your Order

Thank you for taking the time to explore our page, In this section we explain how the whole process works. From the time you place your order, until the time our products have made it to your table. IN 5 easy steps!

  1. Place your order here on the website to reserve your beef share. We sell beef in individual cuts,1/16 (25lbs),1/8 (50lbs), 1/4 (100lbs), 1/2 (200lbs) or whole shares (400lbs.) Prices shown on the website include any processing fees. Which include kill fee, USDA inspection stamp, vacuum wrapping and labeled with weight/cut information. 

 

  1. When purchasing pork, customers have the option of whole or half shares. Lamb is sold in whole shares. If you are needing more information please refer to the specified Pork/Lamb tabs or chat with us. Both require a $300 non refundable deposit. Prices will vary depending on the size of the carcass of animals (hanging weight.)

 

  1. You will receive an email/call 24-48 hours of your order being placed to confirm and note any special cuts/requests.

 

  1. All livestock are harvested and taken from our farms to the butcher shop (we do not butcher on site.) You can give us a call when ordering to speak with us directly and discuss what parts of the animal we can get you! (organs are available as add-ons at special bulk beef pricing.)

 

 

  1. Typically, it will take 3 weeks from the time of placing your order to picking up everything at the farm (depending on the size of your order.) A week prior we will contact you to arrange a pick up date and time.
